Today's entry is actually about my friends Will and Anna who visited us this weekend. They drove down from Oregon and weren't even here 48 hours, but we packed in as much as we could!

First we went to Venice Beach. We saw this fun stunt show, walked around, ate pizza and watched people.

After Venice we went to walk around Rodeo Drive. I had never been there before, and I thought it was rediculous! So much pretention is such a small space! I had never been there before, so I had a really good time going there. Just outside the main shopping area was a giant tree that made for some good photo ops.




After Rodeo Drive we cruised up to Hollywood to step on the stars and try on some handprints.
We also took some pictures with the Hollywood sign. It's small, but it's there!

Aside from the touristy things, I had a great time hanging out and talking. I was SOOO glad Will brought down his gear and we could spar a bit in the back yard. One day...one day...I will know how to deal with that damned side thrust kick! I had a blast with them and I hope they had a good time, too!
